We ACCEPT ONLY the following formats:

• ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR: (up to version CS3) "Create outlines" of all fonts and images.
Multi color imprints; each color must be in separate layer.
All placed images must be included and created at a minimum of 600dpi.
Placed images in color are unacceptable, .ai and .eps are acceptable file formats.

• FREEHAND: All fonts and images must convert to paths. Save in Adobe Illustrator format (up to version CS3)

• COREL DRAW: Change all fonts and images to curves. Save in Adobe Illustrator format (up to version CS3)

• ADOBE PHOTOSHOP: Please contact Customer Service for instructions before submitting art in Photoshop.
B&W raster art must be created at a minimum of 1200dpi. Scanned halftones are
unacceptable. Multi color raster art is not recommended but may be accepted if sent color separated
and created at a minimum of 600dpi, .tiff and .eps are acceptable file formats.

Reverse Type
Must not be smaller than 6 points or .007" at the thinnest part of the character.
Type must begin no less than 1/8" inside of any die-cut indicator.

We CANNOT accept the following formats:

• PageMaker
• QuarkXPress
• PowerPoint
• Publisher
• Any Word Processing program files

Files NOT acceptable as submissible artwork:
Any .gif files; .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff files bellow 600 dpi resolution at 100% size.
Fax copy is NOT considered camera ready artwork. Fax Copy is for Proof Only!

Artwork Charges:
We can create or recreate your artwork for $50.00 flat fee (some restrictions apply).
Minimum of $15.00 fee applies to any changes after you have submitted your artwork.
You will be notified beforehand of the exact amount.

E-mailing Artwork

1) In a "Subject" line type company name reference/customer name and number so it can be identified.

2) Include all images and graphics imported into your document. Send all the fonts used, to create the artwork.

3) If folder is larger then 2MB, separate files into more folders and send as separate e-mails numbering them accordingly. (2MB is usually the maximum size for most E-mails). We can accept files up to 5MB via E-mail or up to 7MB each file through our web Order Form. Please include only the files necessary for output.

4) Always send a hard copy proof indicating all the imprint colors. Generate the proof from the same electronic file you E-mailed to us.

5) Artwork sent via E-mail must have all specific files. For better results put all files, including fonts, into one folder and compress the whole folder to avoid file corruption during transfer.

Please specify platform where file/artwork was created; Mac or PC.

Mailing Artwork

1) Please contact our sales department before mailling your artwork.
Always include your name, company name, E-mail, address and phone number.
This way we can match your artwork with your faxed or E-mailed order.

3) Send all the fonts used, to create the artwork. Always fax or mail a hard copy proof indicating the colors and each imprint positions. Please include only the files necessary for output.

4) Send us a camera-ready artwork legible copy, make it as large, clean, and sharp as possible, we will resize it for you.
